ÄKTA pcc™ Chromatography System

AKTA Avant is designed for preparative protein chromatography, supporting method development, optimisation and process scale-up. Two configurations are available to suit different applications. The AKTA Avant 25 operates at flow rates of up to 25 mL/min, making it well suited to chromatography resin evaluation, screening and method optimisation. For applications requiring increased capacity, the AKTA Avant 150 supports flow rates of up to 150 mL/min and enables methods to be transferred to larger chromatography columns as part of process scale-up.
